Paula Rothschild

Founder Paula Rothschild has been placing executives successfully in the wireless, cable and telecommunications sectors for over two decades. She possesses a unique specialty in matching high-level candidates with forward-thinking Fortune 500 companies. She consistently and precisely matches top talent with their cultures. As a Certified Personnel Consultant, past president of Women in Cable and Telecommunications, and active member of CTAM, NAMIC and SCTE, Ms. Rothschild has held senior positions with Scripps Howard, a United Media company and Mycro-Tek. 

Paula is passionate about delivering results and has a track record of success which keeps her client companies returning year after year. She holds a BA Degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. Robert Ott

Robert Ott joined The Rothschild Group in 1999 as Partner. Bob has achieved great success in executive search industry for over 35 years. He holds a BA Degree in Psychology from Quincy University. His career began with Roth Young in Chicago in the consumer electronics field. Mr. Ott conducted executive level searches for Fortune 500 firms like Sony, Toshiba and Philips. Mr. Ott founded Consumer Search, Inc. in 1981, where he continued placing executives in senior roles. He has represented firms like Cellular One and LA Cellular, Sprint, AT&T and Nortel. Personally, 

Bob excelled in sports, winning “Athlete of the Year” numerous times. Drafted by the Chicago Cubs organization in 1972 as a pitcher, he compiled a winning record of 15-7. Bob has also studied six years for the priesthood and served in the US military where he earned a leadership role for advanced training.
