🩺 Ideal Background

    MD/DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

    Board-Certified

    Bilingual Spanish/English required (native or fluent).

    2–10 years of experience preferred — mid-career doctors are most receptive to our client’s culture.

    Experience in Medicare Advantage, community clinics, or faith-based health centers is a plus.

    Tired of volume-based medicine — looking for a place to “practice medicine the way it should be.”
